The main cement brand is “CONCH cement” which is well-known due to its high quality. Conch Cement series product are all produced under New Dry Process System, with advanced QCX in line control system, equipped with advanced X-ray analysis apparatus,X-Fluorescence, automatic constant stress compressive, hydration heat testing apparatus, Atom Absorb Spectrum, and other full cement equipment. The majority of Conch subsidiaries have obtained the certificates of ISO9000：2000 Quantity system, and ISO14000 Environment System, strictly be conducted and controlled according to the Quality System Requirements, which make sure Conch Cement series product can be met with the request in the different market and its clients. We are not only producing the portland cement under China National Standard, but also producing portland cement which carry out according to ASTM of USA, EN of Europe, and ISO, in addition, we can develop the special portland cement product as per the various clients request.

Type

The major product is “Conch brand” portland cement clinker and “Conch brand” high grade portland cement, the common cement we are producing mainly are Portland cement, ordinary portland cement, slag portland cement, composite portland cement. The special cement contain Sulfate resistance cement, moderate portland cement, low heat slag portland cement, highway portland cement, oil well portland cement, non-maglev portland cement, nuclear station portland cement, white cement, etc. To perform according to international cement standard, we have Type I/II and Type II/V based on ASTM C150 and P.I 52.5N , PⅡ-42.5R, PⅡ-42.5N base on EN-197 test standard, as well as other cement standard.

In order to guarantee the cement product performance, Conch Cement has built the first National Class Concrete Laboratory in Chinese cement field, dedicate to study and improve the cement product performance, in order to meet with the request of various clients, to broaden our managing concept “the first class product, serious service”.
